At Exotico Savannahs, we take pride in providing our customers with top-notch service and the highest quality Savannah cats and kittens. We understand that occasionally, issues may arise that require a refund or return. That's why we have a comprehensive refund policy in place to ensure your satisfaction as a valued customer.

Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

As a leading provider of exotic Savannah cats and kittens, we strive to exceed your expectations in every way. Our refund policy is designed to give you peace of mind, knowing that your investment is protected and that we stand behind the health and well-being of our pets.

Returns and Refunds

If you find yourself in a situation where you need to return a pet or request a refund, we are here to assist you. Our policy allows for returns and refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Unforeseen Health Issues: In case your newly purchased Savannah cat or kitten develops an unforeseen health issue within the first 7 days, we offer a full refund or replacement.
  • Incompatibility: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and a pet may not be a suitable fit for your home. If you find that your new Savannah cat or kitten is not compatible with your lifestyle or existing pets within the first 14 days, we offer a partial refund or exchange.
  • Misrepresentation: In the unlikely event that the pet you receive does not match the description provided on our website or if it is determined that we misrepresented the breed or pedigree, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

In order to qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The pet must be returned in good health and in the same condition as when it was purchased.
  • All necessary paperwork and documentation provided at the time of purchase must be returned along with the pet.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, must be presented.

Exclusions

While we strive to provide the best service and support possible, there are a few exclusions to our refund policy:

  • Changes of heart or personal circumstances that are unrelated to the health or well-being of the pet.
  • Expenses related to shipping or transportation.
  • Any damages or issues that occur after the pet has been transferred to the customer's care.
