  • Unforeseen Health Issues: In case your newly purchased Savannah cat or kitten develops an unforeseen health issue within the first 7 days, we offer a full refund or replacement.
  • Incompatibility: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and a pet may not be a suitable fit for your home. If you find that your new Savannah cat or kitten is not compatible with your lifestyle or existing pets within the first 14 days, we offer a partial refund or exchange.
  • Misrepresentation: In the unlikely event that the pet you receive does not match the description provided on our website or if it is determined that we misrepresented the breed or pedigree, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

In order to qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The pet must be returned in good health and in the same condition as when it was purchased.
  • All necessary paperwork and documentation provided at the time of purchase must be returned along with the pet.
